    I've never had a failure to feed from any Magpul product. Only issue that I've seen was a bit of an issue when loading he mag. The top would flex just enough to let two rounds fit side by side instead of staggering. Not a huge issue, but made loading a bit of a hassle. Seems like they fixed it with the Gen3, so I think it's worth paying a bit extra for the upgrades.

    Magpul has been the standard for years when it comes to polymer mags. Out of the 1000 rounds plus I have shoot through them I have never had an issue with the gen 2 mags. just be aware that these are only for ar15 style rifles. not for other rifles that use stanag style 5.56 magazines.
