Magazines restrictions (updated 03/11/21):
California (CA) - 10 rounds or less unless you have a High Capacity Magazine Permit.
Colorado (CO) – 15 rounds or less
Connecticut (СT) - 10 rounds or less
Hawaii (HI) – 10 rounds or less
Illinois (IL) –
- Aurora – 15 rounds or less
- Chicago – 12 rounds or less
- Cicero – 15 rounds or less
- Franklin Park – 16 rounds or less
- Oak Park – 10 rounds or less
- Riverdale – 35 rounds or less of centerfire
Indiana (IN) –
- South Bend – 15 rounds or less
Massachusetts (MA) – 10 rounds or less
Maryland (MD) – 10 rounds or less
New Jersey (NJ) – 15 rounds or less
New York (NY) –
- Buffalo – 5 rounds or less
- Pochester – 5 rounds or less
- New York City – 5 rounds or less
- All Others – 10 rounds or less. Pre-ban magazines are not allowed
Vermont (VT) - 10 rounds for pistols; 15 rounds for rifles
Washington DC – No Magazines allowed
Exceptions:
1) If a customer states they are a Law Enforcement officer(LEO) and shows proof that they are a current LEO, then we can ship them higher capacity magazines.
2) We do not ship magazines to US territories like Guam, Virgin Islands, or Porte Rico.

Air Gun restrictions:
- Illinois (IL) - Aurora City, Chicago, Cook County, Niles, Washington - Air guns over .18 caliber must still have a velocity of less than 700 fps
- New York (NY) - do not ship
- Pennsylvania (PA) - Philadelphia - do not ship
- Washington D.C. (is a city)
- New Jersey (NJ) - Pellet guns & BB guns: Residents can buy them from us through a designated local gun store after acquiring the appropriate firearm permit (air guns are considered firearms per NJ state law: Title 2C:39-1)
We do not ship to US territories like Guam, Virgin Islands, or Porte Rico.
Stun Gun restrictions:
The following STATES are ILLEGAL to own or possess a stun gun:
- Hawaii (HI)
- Illinois (IL) – LEGAL but has restrictions – Illinois Stun Gun Laws - “requires Tasers and other stun gun purchasers to obtain a Firearm Owner's Identification Card and submit to background checks, just like they would to obtain a gun”
- Massachusetts (MA)
- Michigan – Stun Guns are prohibited. Only devices that contain an identification and tracking system that dispenses coded material when the device is used are allowed. TASER devices are the only ones currently legal.
- New Jersey (NJ)
- New York (NY)
- Rhode Island
- District of Columbia
The following CITIES are ILLEGAL to own or possess a stun gun:
- Annapolis, MD
- Baltimore, MD
- Chicago, IL
- Philadelpia, PA
The following COUNTIES are ILLEGAL to own or possess a stun gun:
- Baltimore County, MD
- Crawford County, IA

Pepper Spray restrictions:
- California (CA): Weight restricted to 2.5 ounces (about 70 grams)
- New York (NY): Sold in pharmacies and by licensed firearms dealers. Animal sprays ordered online are legal.
- Massachusetts (MA): Sold by licensed firearms dealers. Animal sprays ordered online are legal.
- Wisconsin: Pepper spray only, no stronger than 10% concentration. Safety features required. Weight allowed 15-60 grams.
- Washington D.C. (is a city): You must register with the police for possession of pepper spray.
Animal Repellents (including dog and bear sprays) can be legally shipped to and purchased from online retailers in ALL 48 contiguous states, including the restricted states listed below.
- Michigan: Weight restricted to anything above 35 grams, and not allowed up to 10% concentration
