Similar to the AD-RECON-S, the AMERICAN DEFENSE AD-Recon-SL Scope Mount is made for putting high power glass onto a bolt action rifle, M1A, M-14 or 10/22's. This mount is best suited for Bolt Action Rifles that feature an optics rail only above the action and does not have a handguard that extends over the barrel.
This is the lowest mount that they offer. The AD-RECON-SL is a straight up scope mount with no eye relief built in. It is precision machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodize. It features the Patented QD Auto Lock Lever system to accommodate both in spec and out of spec rail systems. Available in standard or Tac QD levers and either no built-in MOA or 20MOA built-in.
