BALLISTIC ADVANTAGE Performance AR15 16in 5.56mm Mid-Length Barrel with Gas Block (BABL556025F)

It was a very tight fit into my Aero Gen 2 upper, requiring some hammering with my palm and cursing, but my compensator installed without a hitch and the headspace was within spec with my Toolcraft Bolt Carrier Group. I haven't had the chance to shoot it longer range yet, but I had a ton of fun at my 25 yard indoor range shooting .223 Remington. Consistently got in the black on smaller targets at 25 yards offhand with a TRS-25 (a 3 MOA red dot sight). I was getting nice grouped holes. While shooting on a bench rest, I managed to get most rounds touching or close to touching, which is great for such a large red dot and non-match ammo. The mid-length gas system also makes it shoot a little softer and it cycled my bolt carrier group perfectly, locking back on the last round. My only complaint is that the roll pins were very difficult to install (I had to get a replacement for the gas block) and the gas block isn't perfectly straight. Definitely a barrel I would recommend.

Just a FYI, Included gas block brings it to 24.2oz it looking for a lightweight build. Shoots well, heats up quickly, but keeps minute of man easily under rapid fire. Haven't had a chance to take it out to longer range, but did well with federal 5.56 xm193 and red dot at 25 yards indoor range.
