The CIMARRON 1866 Yellowboy Lever-Action Rifle is manufactured by Uberti to the highest standards. In 1866, Nelson King, Winchester Repeating Arms engineer patented improvements to the Henry rifle in the form of a tubular magazine feeding device and loading gate through the side of the frame. The 1866 is the highest quality available. Cimarron places the authentic and original Kings patent markings on the barrel and uses historic caliber designations.
All markings are placed in the same configuration as the original 1866 rifle. Many parts interchange with the originals. The rifle sports a 19" tapered round blued barrel with traditional 1866 barrel sights and a 10 round magazine. The receiver is brass as is the buttplate and forend tip.
