For an ultra-crisp single stage trigger press with a glass-smooth break and no grittiness or creep prior to hammer release, you need a CMC Single Stage Drop-In 3.5 lbs trigger. CMC's proprietary machining process renders a superior surface finish of 1-2 RMS as opposed to electronic discharge machining which leaves a 32 RMA finish. A mirror has a RMS of zero for comparison.
Even with a factory set trigger pull weight of 3.5 lbs the reset is positive and allows for quick follow-up shots. Installation of the self-contained one-piece trigger is easy.
