The CMMG Dissent Br47 7.62x39mm Semi-Automatic Rifle is the choice if you're looking for a rifle that fills the gap as the do-it-all hunting/self-defense/sporting 7.62x39mm. With the ZEROED SVD muzzle brake pinned and welded to the 14.3" barrel, the overall legal length becomes 16.1", satisfying ATF requirements to be a rifle while shortening the rifle to it's most maneuverable and versatile size. A bonus of the SVD muzzle brake? A2 compatible suppressor mounts like the one on our DEFCAN-762 still allow for the attachment of accessories like suppressors.
Just like the other Br- platforms, the Br47 comes with a Magpul SGA stock and is compatible with most Remington 870 stocks; and like the Mk47, it also takes AK-pattern magazines. The full-length top picatinny rail and M-LOK handguard provide ample space for accessory mounting while the AK style mag release, reversible cross-bolt safety, and non-reciprocating reversible forward side charger allow for maximum control no matter if you're right or wrong handed.
The stripped lower is compatible with any mil-spec lower parts kit, making it easy to assemble with the parts of your choice. Designed for use with the Mk4 upper receiver, this stripped lower is also compatible with other mil-spec upper receivers. The lower receiver features a reinforced buffer tube area and a flared magazine well for easier and smoother magazine changes.
Adjustable Gas Block
If you're looking to shoot suppressed or just fine tune your Dissent to your preferred ammo, the adjustable gas block gives you the freedom to dial in the gas system exactly to your liking. Never too much and never too little.
