The CMMG Dissent is an AR Personal Defense Weapon like no other. Incorporating a variety of new features and technologies, the Dissent is made to maximize portability and modularity, most notably thanks to CMMG's patent-pending Compact Action that houses the entire recoil system in the upper receiver, eliminating the need for the buffer tube altogether.

Chambered in .300 BLK, the Dissent semi-automatic AR Pistol packs .30 cal power in an ultra-compact package that features AR15 ambi controls and CMMG's forward non-reciprocating side charger that can be switched for left or right-handed operation. At the rear of the lower receiver is a 1913 picatinny rail section for attaching the brace or stock* that fits you best.

300 BLK is an incredibly adaptable cartridge with different loadings for specific uses, like suppressed. With the SLR adjustable gas block you can fine tune the gas system to best suit the supersonic or subsonic ammo loadings you like best.

TriggerTech's AR-D trigger was developed in collaboration with CMMG to be fully optimized for use with Dissent firearms and upper receiver groups. With a 4lb pull weight, the AR-D trigger showcases a light, repeatable break. CMMG does not guarantee optimal Dissent functionality with Mil-spec or other aftermarket triggers.
