The FAXON Match Series 18in 6.5mm Creedmoor Rifle Length Barrel is built for shooters who want a precision-forward AR10 barrel that balances long-range performance with practical handling. With rifle-length gas and an 18-inch length, it's an excellent fit for competition, target shooting, and field-capable precision builds.
Match Series barrels begin with 416-R stainless steel and 5R button rifling. 5R geometry is designed to reduce jacket deformation and support consistent performance while remaining easy to maintain. After manufacturing and testing, the barrel receives salt bath nitride (QPQ) treatment inside and out to improve wear resistance, corrosion protection, and service life.
The Gunner profile places rigidity where it counts while reducing forward weight for better balance - especially useful for higher round counts and suppressor-host builds. A Nickel Teflon coated DPMS/LR-308 compatible extension adds corrosion resistance and dry lubricity at the receiver interface. Finished with a recessed target crown and MPI inspection, this barrel is proudly American-made by a family-owned manufacturer in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio.
