The G47 MOS was developed for the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in 2019 and is now available to the commercial market. The Glock 45 Gen5 9mm DOGE Gold Cerakote Pistol features an all Glamour Glock gold finish with "D.O.G.E" and Elon one one side and Trump with the "Department of Government Efficiency" on the other.
The G47 MOS offers the same reliability and performance as the G17 Gen5 MOS, with a shortened dust cover and maintains parts compatibility with the G17 Gen5 MOS, G19 Gen5 MOS, and G45 MOS.
The G47 MOS features flared magwell has a larger funnel; Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) more aggressive polygonal rifling with a target-style crown and tighter chamber specs; ambidextrous slide stop levers offer increased ergonomics for left-hand shooters and shooting with the support hand; removal of finger grooves; Safe Action System, safeties disengage sequentially as the trigger is pulled and automatically re-engage when the trigger is released; enlarged floor plate makes it easier to pull the magazine free of the pistol and customizable frame size with backstraps in two sizes with beavertail.
