The HAWKE Sidewinder 30 SF 6-24x56 Riflescope offers upgrades from its former version, starting with the improved H5 optics system, which features an outstanding 24-degree wide field of view to complement 4" eye relief. Created to accommodate use in unfavorable conditions, the fully-multicoated 18-layer glass shows clear views usually achieved only by much costlier scopes. With a 30mm aluminum mono-tube and a 56mm objective lens, the Sidewinder gives a sharp picture despite poor light, and the red multi-LED reticle illumination can be activated on 6 different lighting levels.

Both locking turrets adjust by 1/10 MRAD clicks, for elevation and windage separately, in a range of 20 MRAD, and the scope now offers a witness window for an instant visual indication of the revolution progress of the elevation turret. The lenses are shockproof, fog proof, nitrogen purged, and waterproof to yield a defined picture regardless of the lighting or weather. This scope can be used on any gun, even a firearm with recoil, because of its durability. Parallax-free operation from 10 yards to infinity is accomplished with the side focus knob.

Working with your bullet's trajectory the SR Pro II reticle, exclusively from Hawke, is guaranteed to provide usable aim points whatever your caliber. The reticle features an illuminated central aim point, holdover aim points with windage bars and dots, hollow posts that don't obstruct your view and range finding brackets.

The holdover aim points on the lower post of the reticle are designed with gaps increasing in size. This more closely represents the fall of a bullet's trajectory; the further the bullet travels, the faster the bullet falls.

When on 8x magnification, the hollow bars at the edge of the reticle are divided into segments that each represent 3.6 inches at 100 yards (this is equal to 100mm at 100m, also known as 1 MRAD).
