Important Notes:
- In-store inbound transfer fees are $50 per serialized item and $100 per NFA item. GRITR Range Members pay $30 per serialized item and $75 per NFA item.
- Delivery confirmation to GRITR does not mean your firearm is immediately ready for pickup. Our team will contact you once it has been processed.
- Processing times for firearms and serialized orders are typically 3 to 5 business days, but can extend to 5 to 10 business days in certain situations. NFA items are excluded. Refer to How to Buy a Suppressor/NFA Item Online under our Guidelines.
- If shipping to an authorized FFL Dealer, contact them beforehand to confirm their transfer fees and ensure the firearm is legal in your area.
How to Buy a Firearm Online: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Choose Your Firearm: Browse our website and add the desired firearm(s) to your cart.
- Checkout:
- Proceed as a guest or create an account (creating an account is recommended for all orders)
- Firearms must be purchased by the intended recipient. Buying for someone else is illegal under Federal Law (Straw Purchase); consider a Gift Certificate.
- Enter your personal shipping address, even if the firearm will be transferred through an FFL dealer.
- Provide a valid phone number for potential contact.
- If your billing address is a PO Box, your shipping address must include a street address.
- Select your shipping method: In-Store Pickup (if you are local) or another available option.
- If shipping to an FFL dealer, enter the zip code to see available dealers and select your preferred one.
- Enter your payment information. Your card will be pre-authorized, and you will only be charged upon shipment or pickup.
- Place your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.
- Contact Your FFL Dealer:
- Request your chosen FFL dealer to email a copy of their valid and signed FFL license to ffl@gritrsports.com.
- Ensure they Include your name and order number in the email. California orders must also include a CFLC number.
- Firearm Shipment to FFL Dealer:
- Once all necessary paperwork is received, your order will be processed, and prepared for shipment. Your payment will then be finalized.
- You will receive an email with the tracking number once assigned.
- Firearm Pickup at FFL Dealer:
- Allow approximately 24 hours after the firearm arrives at the FFL dealer for them to contact you.
- Note that some FFL dealers may require you to initiate contact after tracking indicates delivery.
- Visit the FFL dealer's physical location to complete all required state and/or local paperwork for the firearm transfer.

FIREARM RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All firearm and serialized item sales are final. Therefore, your FFL and you should inspect your firearm thoroughly before completing the transfer and taking possession.
Pre-Transfer Issues: If you find the firearm, suppressor, or serialized item unsatisfactory before taking possession and wish to return it, please be aware of the following:
- GRITR is not responsible for any transfer fees required by your FFL.
- Some FFLs require payment of transfer fees before shipping the item back to GRITR.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item has been received back at GRITR's location.
Post-Transfer Issues:
- Once the transfer is complete and the firearm/serialized item is registered in your name, returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- If you discover a defect after taking possession, you must contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.
Finally, in the event that a firearm or serialized item must be returned due to unrecognized state restrictions or a failed background check, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the processed refund.
Firearm and Serialized Item Order Cancellation Policy
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cancellations of firearms, including serialized items, made more than 24 hours after the order is placed.

- Purchasers of handguns must be 21 years of age or older at the time of transaction. This includes lower receivers.
- Purchasers of other firearms must be 18 years of age or older at the time of transaction.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and familiar with your local regulations.

When purchasing firearms online from GritrSports.com, you are responsible for the following:

- FFL Notification: Contact the receiving FFL dealer to inform them of your incoming firearm.
