Every model in the BackCountry series is constructed with 7075-T6 aluminum making them some of Leupold's lightest and most rugged hunting-style mounts yet. They're available in a ringmount and a cross-slot design and the cross-slot bases accept both Picatinny and Weaver-style rings. This BackCountry Cross-Slot Base is designed to fit a Browning X-Bolt Super SA. That's why these mounts are every bit as rugged and dependable as the Leupold optics they secure.
