Every one of us has been dissatisfied with a service or a product we got to experience. While there is always plenty of fish in the sea, you may sometimes find yourself walking in shallow waters with no options to choose from. In moments like that, some of us go with the flow and settle for what we have. However, there are people willing to give a fight or, to be more precise, continue looking for what they need. What’s a passionate gun enthusiast to do when no firearm can satisfy their needs without breaking the bank? The founder of Live Free Armory was looking for an accurate AR10 and having not found one, decided to build his own. A veteran of the United States Army, a former law enforcement officer, and a competitive rifle shooter, Chris Riedeman built his version of AR10 that could shoot consistent MOA with match-grade ammunition. In 2014, after having his gun appraised by his trusted friends, Riedeman started a business, building AR-style rifles at his home. His reputation drew the interest of an aerospace engineer, Colby Santaw, who joined Chris after a year of collaborative projects. After two years of manufacturing Life Free Armory AR10 rifles, the duo decided to shift their focus. The demand for quality American-made firearm parts drove them to prioritize manufacturing components over complete firearms. However, the founders don’t forget the company’s roots, and several models of firearms are still in production.
Live Free Armory AMP
As of now, the brand produces three models of pistols: AMP, AMPX, and LFA. The Live Free Armory AMPX is the evolution of the AMP series, featuring pistols with a bunch of features that bring them closer to the golden Glock standard.
Live Free Armory Rifles
It all began with an AR10, and it continues with its legacy. The Life Free Armory LF308 series includes two rifle models. The Hunter is a long-range precision large caliber rifle perfect for backcountry hunting. The Battle Rifle is built for range shooting and home defense.
Here, on Gritr Sports, you can find a small collection of Live Free Armory firearms. There is nothing like an American-built firearm, and Live Free Armory has the spirit of America at its core and in every firearm produced.
