    Almost a Great Product

Posted by Dennis Day on Jul 13th 2024

This activity started off with the product showing in stock on Gritr's website but not available in the store. Turned out to be drop-ship only. Then the whole ordering and tracking process was very frustrating and cumbersome. The overall design and functionality of this product is great. I believe the adjustability and design will benefit accuracy greatly. The unit fell short from a fitment standpoint. After several attempts to seat the firearm into the stock, I realized it was about 1/16" short of where it needed to be. After a little adjusting for fitment, I decided to add an ARCA plate to the M-Lok slots. This turned out to be an issue as well because the M-Lok capture nuts would not go into the slots in the stock. I believe these issues to be a result of stacking tolerances adding up against one another.
