MDT's AICS-style Metal Magazines are a perfect addition to any long range shooting set up. They features a construction of high strength nitrided steel, and finished with Cerakote Elite in the inside and outside for ultimate resistance to corrosion and friction. These magazine also feature a unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) design which reduces the overall height when compared to the industry standard, making magazine changes from a prone position easier. In addition, the magazine are equipped with a front binder plate, making the magazine compatible with AICS-pattern bottom metals and chassis systems. The binder plate holds the cartridges back from the front of the magazine and guides them past the bottom of the feed ramp. The maximum cartridge overall length (COAL) that will fit in this magazine is 2.870".
