The Midi Hoard metal detector from Nokta Makro is the perfect detector to get your children out of the house and into metal detecting. The Midi Hoard, part of the world's first waterproof kids detector series, finds, discriminates, and pinpoints - just like an adult's detector.
The Midi Hoard is full submersible up to 3 feet (1 meter) deep, meeting IP68 criteria. The detector features a retractable shaft, allowing you to set the length from 32.5 inches to 43". The detector is lightweight, weighing only 1.9 pounds. The machine has an impressive build quality and a child-friendly design. The LED display has indicators to let your child know what target was detected.
Operating at 15kHz, the machine has three sensitivity levels and two levels of discrimination. Three audio tones and a pinpoint mode help identify and find targets. The Midi Hoard metal detector requires 2 AA batteries (not included).
