The Neck Sizing Die will resize the neck only, leaving the rest of the case unsized and still fireformed to the chamber. The Decap Rod Assembly consists of a Decap Rod, a Size Button that provides consistent neck tension and a Decap Pin that ejects the spent primer from the case.
