Rossi USA is a subsidiary of long-established Amadeo Rossi SA, a Brazilian firearm manufacturer operating since 1889. Rossi firearms entered the North American market in the 70s, and in the late 90s, BrazTech International LC was founded to be an exclusive importer of Rossi rifles and shotguns, which it remains to be today.
Rossi Lever-Action Rifles
The Rossi R92 lever-action rifle is the company’s best-known model and a copy of the legendary Winchester Model 1892. Unlike its original chambered for such outdated revolver cartridges as .25-20 Win, .32-30 Win, and others, the modern R92 is produced in .22 LR, .357 Mag, .44 Mag, .45 Colt, and .454 Casull.
All rifle variations feature a traditional-profile hardwood stock and forend combined with metal parts coated with a stainless-steel or blued finish. Some variants feature an enlarged loop lever which is convenient to manipulate even in hunting gloves. The R92 variants in black also have stocks and forends made of wood, not polymer, but they are coated with black paint resistive to all weather conditions. All variants feature buckhorn rear sights like many other traditional lever-action rifles.
Rossi Pump-Action and Other Rifles
The Gallery 22 is the Rossi .22 LR pump-action successor of gallery guns of the 19s century. The .22 caliber and a 15-round tube magazine make it a great small game hunting rifle and an easy-to-shoot firearm for plinking and training.
Other Rossi designs include rimfire bolt-action rifles and semi-auto rifles chambered for .17 HMR, .22 LR, and .22 WMR.
Rossi 410 Tuffy
The Rossi Tuffy is a .410 bore single-shot shotgun with an ergonomic stock design that features a thumb hole to form the pistol grip. The model can serve as a weapon for wilderness protection and a survival gun.
Rossi Circuit Judge
The Circuit Judge by Rossi is a hybrid rifle inspired by the Taurus Judge revolver. The rifle can be chambered for .45 Colt rounds and .410 bore shotshells up to 3" Mag, and its action features a five-shot revolver cylinder and the SA/DA trigger.
