Overall I'd say mildly stressful, and that mostly due to being my first online rifle purchase from another state. I found the rifle I was looking for at a good price! But I was "linked" to a store from another site I was shopping and I didn't realize it during the purchasing process. One day after completing the sale, I was emailed by the company saying there was an issue with the receiving FFL I gave. That email was from the customer service dept and at the risk of being offensive the name of the individual was "Russian" I immediately freaked out thinking I had been scammed. However Gritr staff were prompt (never more than 18-20hrs) at getting back to me via email and even called me from both the customer service dept and their FFL desk to correct the issues. The issues corrected, I received a tracking number, and my purchase arrived 5-7 days later (holiday shipping) where I was able to pick up from a local FFL. 4 out of 5 stars as it wasn't the "perfect sale" and I'm not entirely sure what or where the issue was on the paperwork side. My firearm was received in the condition I expected (new) with no other issues.
