Factory replacement for the P365-XMACRO grip module. It features a true 1913 accessory rail and three interchangeable backstraps (S, M, L) to ensure a proper fit for the user's hand. The medium backstrap comes preinstalled.

Compatible with the 17-round P365-XMACRO magazine.

Compatible with all P365 FCUs except manual safety versions(firing control modules). Note: A compatible slide assembly and magazine must be used.

    Grip improves control and comfort

    Great grip. Swapped out my p365 for this one. Feels solid in the hand and makes the handling way better.  Increases capacity. Not suitable for deep concealment,   but if that's not your main goal, it's a killer upgrade
