In 1990, Spyderco's original Endura helped revolutionize pocketknife design as one of the first lightweight, clip-carry folders. More than 30 years and four generations later, it is one of the most widely recognized knives in the world and still sets the standard for its breed. The Endura's popularity has also inspired numerous variations of the design, including a family of Endura 4 Lightweight models featuring full-flat-ground VG-10 stainless steel blades. This knife features a handle injection molded from tough fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN). The handle is structurally reinforced with nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners and feature a high-traction Bi-Directional Texture pattern for a secure grip. It's also home to a sturdy back lock mechanism and a four-position pocket clip that allows a choice of left or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry.
