Standard Manufacturing Company is a Connecticut-based firearms manufacturer that produces shotguns, handguns, and revolvers using in-house machining and hand fitting rather than large-scale production.
The Standard Manufacturing DP-12 is one of the company’s most recognizable shotguns. The DP-12 uses a dual-barrel layout, and the SP-12 offers a lighter alternative. The 1911 series includes the classic 1911A1, the upgraded HPX, and standard .45 ACP pistols built around the traditional platform.
Standard Manufacturing Revolvers and Specialty Models
The company also produces several unconventional revolvers. The S333 Thunderstruck fires two .22 WMR rounds per trigger pull, while the folding Switch Gun collapses into a compact carry shape.
