Ultra compact and powerful, the Streamlight Strion DS HPL Rechargeable Flashlight offers two independent easy to locate switches, 3 microprocessor controlled variable intensity modes, strobe mode and the latest in high power LED technology. The Strion DS HPL also offers three different user selectable programs. The combination of rechargeable batteries and high power LED results in one of the lowest operating costs of any flashlight made.
The Strion DS HPL features Dual Switch Technology for maximum flexibility. It produces a wide beam pattern with brighter peripheral illumination and superior down-range performance - 420m beam distance.
The housing is made of lightweight and durable 6000 series machined aluminum with an impact-resistance rating of 6.6', an IPX4 water-resistance rating, and a lens of scratch- and impact-resistant polycarbonate. The light comes with a 120/100 VAC / 12 VDC "Piggyback" charger that also charges a spare battery at the same time.
