Duty Ready. That phrase defines the philosophy driving the Taurus TX9. This pistol is designed from the ground up for the toughest environments and maximum performance.
Featuring the Taurus Modular System; a serialized modular chassis that enables end users to quickly swap frame sizes between the full size, compact, and subcompact. An ambidextrous slide release pairs with the reversible magazine catch, accommodating both left- and right-handed shooters. The Taurus TX9 pistol uses industry standard dovetails for its iron sights, readily accepting many aftermarket options. The Taurus TX9 is also optics-ready right out of the box, utilizing the existing Taurus T.O.R.O. System. The full-size Taurus TX9 has a 4.5" barrel and 17+1 capacity. 4 interchangeable backstraps enable additional customization, so shooters can properly fit the gun to their hands.
No matter your mission - personal protection, law enforcement, home defense, competition shooting - the Taurus TX9 is Duty Ready.
