Inertia operation offers some advantages compared to gas operated shotguns including an increase in reliability and easier disassembly and cleaning. The stock and forend are made from beautiful Turkish Walnut wood with fine checkering for a more secure grip and the barrel and receiver feature a blued finish.

For added versatility, the Matrix comes with three choke tubes which attach to its chrome lined barrel. These chokes allow for the user to engage a variety of target types at a range of distances. Additional features such as an oversized bolt handle, last round bolt hold open, and fiber optic front sight make the TriStar Matrix an excellent and affordable inertia operated shotgun that's ready for the field, the duck blind or the skeet range.
