    Purchased this red dot to mount on one of my backup rifles. Not being made of money, I can't really afford to put an Aimpoint/EOTech/Trijicon on every AR I own, so this seemed like a decent option. After putting around 500 rounds through the optic I have to say I'm impressed! You get a l it more optic than the price would suggest. I like the 30mm tube as it seems to give you a better field of view and the included Cantilever mount is a pretty good option. The side mounted control buttons are easy to access and use, but they can feel a little soft. Plenty of brightness levels for low-light to bright daylight. One of my biggest complaints is the 4 MOA dot. At 150 yards and in it's fine, especially considering this isn't designed as a precision optic. However, at longer distances the dot obscures more and more of the target, making accurate shot placement increasingly difficult. For example, the dot covers 4 inches at 100 yards, 8 inches at 200 yards, 12 inches at 300 yards, etc. You can quickly see that anything less than a 12 inch target at 300 yards would be challenging to get good hits on. Other red dot sights utilize a 2 MOA dot and that would be much better on this optic. But, for less than $200 you can't really complain! Overall a great optic with a low price and mid-grade quality and features!
