With premium optical components and a rugged build in a lightweight, compact package, the angled-viewing 11-33x50 Viper HD Spotting Scope from Vortex makes it easier to get to the field in the morning and back home when the day is done. The HD optical system is designed to optimize light transmission and minimize distortion and chromatic aberration. All air-to-glass surfaces have Vortex's XR antireflective coatings to minimize light loss and the roof prism has dielectric treatment for brightness, contrast, and color fidelity. External surfaces bear ArmorTek coating for scratch resistance and the scope's body is rubber armored for protection and comfortable handling.
The lightweight body is O-ring sealed and argon filled to be waterproof and resist internal fogging. The scope has an Arca-style compatible tripod shoe for fast and easy mounting and detachment but can also be used with a standard 1/4"-20 screw.
