WILSON COMBAT Blue Remington Jumbo Head Safety (SGJHS)

replaced the infamous plastic "J Lock" in an 870 with this. I did not get this safety for any other reason than it was a normal style safety and available, although the jumbo part is decent. The jumbo part doesn't make a huge difference, just a little bit easier to get a finger on. As many others mentioned, there is no red on it. You could paint it if you want, but I don't see a need to. It takes about 5 minutes to change out. If I had a normal non J lock safety I wouldn't bother changing it to this. There is not a huge difference. Very happy with it as a J lock replacement though.
