The BROWNING Maxus II Golden Clays Sporting Shotgun is a clay-crushing autoloading shotgun built to help you emerge victorious, whether you're competing against others or just striving for a personal best. Featuring Browning's proven Power Drive Gas System, this top contender delivers all-day comfort and reliability, while Total Barrel Dynamics optimizes pattern density and allows easy choke tube swapping for tricky target presentations. With an adjustable comb, you can easily dial in the perfect fit for every shooter.
The Maxus II Golden Clays Sporting offers more than just performance, its matte black metal finish and Grade III walnut stock with close radius grip create a striking, beautiful appearance. The nickel plated receiver features intricate scroll engraving and gold accents, giving the gun a refined, classic look that belies its superior engineering and ergonomic design. A Pro Balance weighted magazine cap fine-tunes the balance point for a smoother swing and mount. Despite its noticeable aesthetics, its performance will be what makes it stand out from the crowd.
From the day the original Maxus was released, it promised to be the most reliable autoloader available - to say that it has lived up to that expectation is an understatement. The perfectly tuned Power Drive Gas System was designed to function reliability across the ammunition spectrum and reduce felt recoil. Like the original Maxus, the Maxus II also features the proven Lightning Trigger with the fastest lock time of any autoloading shotgun. Comfortable ergonomics, trim dimensions, excellent balance that promote a smooth swing and a host of innovative features all contribute to its status as the shotgun to have for the field, marsh and range.
