The BROWNING X-Bolt 2 Hunter Grade II Rifle holds a fine reputation as an accurate, reliable rifle that hunters can depend on. With a number of enhancements, the X-Bolt 2 Hunter Grade II is set to continue that legacy.
Featuring a handsome Grade II walnut stock with a low-glare satin finish, the X-Bolt 2 Hunter Grade II is an ideal blend of understated elegant design and modern technology that will more than satisfy the needs of shooters. It features sporter contour barrel that keeps the rifle light, maneuverable, and easy to carry. The muzzle is threaded M13x0.75 to accept the included radial muzzle brake, thread protector cap, or install an optional Browning Recoil Hawg Sporter muzzle brake for extra reduction in recoil. The action is bedded and the barrel is free floated for consistent accuracy.
The action has additional bolt guidance surface for smoother cycling. The bolt has also been reworked, is spiral fluted, and is fitted with an easy to grip bolt knob.
The DLX Trigger is a three-lever design that offers zero creep, zero take-up, and zero overtravel performance and comes preset from the factory at 3.5 pounds. (Adjustable down to 3.0 pounds.)
