In terms of optics that you can but under $100 that are solid, reliable, sturdy, and hold their zero...it's going to really be tough to find another scope that will compare. This is possibly about the best red dot sight you can buy that is priced similarly. Seen in the photos mounted on an Arsenal AK-74 with a UTG side mount rail, this TRS sight sits on a riser (NOT INCLUDED) that I highly, highly recommend that you get. They are very cheap, though. Depending on what system you're using and what weapon you have, please note that this sight sits VERY low to the rail. When you buy this, get yourself a good little riser to go with it. It'll still keep you under the $100 range. The dot is quite small and very precise at its lowest settings, and at its highest settings it will blot out the sun from the sky itself. So you can use it in the darkest cave or the brightest beach. You know, places that you often go to use a firearm. So don't worry about not being able to see the dot. You'll see it. Oh, you'll see it, alright.

I've got two of these red dots and for the price they are awesome! Battery life is fantastic, the door is clear and it is very ready to site in. I use it mostly for short range (100 yards or less) and three gun. But have no problem hitting six inch steel plates at 200 yards.
