The CHS (Cantilever Hand Stop) Light Mount was designed with Magpul shotgun forends in mind, especially for the Remington TAC-14 and Mossberg Shockwave with a Magpul forend. Where other cantilever mounts won't fit over the front lip of the forend, this one fits in the front M-LOK slots and will provide a forward mounting position in front of the forend. This frees up hand space on the forend, provides a hand stop and a light mount on the under side of your shotgun, keeping the profile flat for use in a scabbard or case where the light doesn't have to be removed.
The CHS can be used on any forend or hand guard with a Magpul M-LOK system. CDM GEAR machines these in the USA from 6061-T6 aluminum and hard coat anodizes them for durability. Each one comes with a wrench and all hardware to install
