The CENTURY ARMS LFA Apollo 11 V2 Compact Pistol in copper Cerakote delivers the full Apollo compact feature set in a finish that stands apart from the standard tactical palette - copper slide over black frame gives this pistol a distinctive two-tone appearance without sacrificing any of the functional capability that defines the V2 platform. Live Free Armory builds the Apollo 11 V2 entirely in Palm Bay, Florida, using 4140 chrome moly steel for the frame and slide and 416 stainless steel heat-treated for the 4.15-inch barrel.
The compact format maintains the full-size Apollo's 18+1 capacity and complete 2011 double-stack architecture while stepping down in barrel length from the full-size 4.9-inch configuration, striking a balance between shootability and concealability that suits everyday carry and range use in equal measure. The V2 platform improvements carry through in full: the 6061 aluminum V2 grip with revised texture for a consistent, positive hold under recoil, the V2 slide with deeper serrations for reliable manipulation in any conditions, and the external extractor for improved ejection consistency over the original Apollo 11.
The optics-ready slide is machined to the RMSc footprint for direct red dot mounting without an adapter plate, and a tritium front night sight ships installed. The single-action trigger with machined billet bow and curved shoe delivers a 3.5 to 4.5 lb pull, and the ambidextrous billet 4140 steel thumb safety provides the familiar 1911 cocked-and-locked manual of arms. An integrated beavertail and Picatinny accessory rail are standard on the steel frame.
