The difference between these mounts is the size of the ejection port.
Savage MK II mount: 1-3/8" ejection port The Savage MK II mount will also fit the Savage MK I.
Savage 93 mount: 1/-5/8" ejection port. If your gun is a Savage 93, it will have a 1-5/8" ejection port.
If your gun is an older production Mark II, it will have a 1-3/8 ejection port.
New production Mark II rifles have a 1-5/8" ejection port and require the use of EGW Savage 93 mount.
Note: Please measure the size of your ejection port prior to ordering to ensure the right fit.
