    EVOLUTION Picatinny for Ruger No.1

    receiver on rifle (front) has beveled sides; the very top (where the factory mount meets) is square. The Evolution rail needed filing this overlap corner to allow for screw hole alignment and proper contact with the scope barrel, i.e., the corner needed to be square, not round ( and a tiny bit longer)
