Hi-Country's proprietary Tendersliced Beef Jerky products are made with 100% USA beef and produced locally in the small rural mountain town of Lincoln, MT in their USDA-approved facility. The Tendersliced Jerky is slowly tenderized by marinating in real fruit juices and premium seasonings. After the marinating process, the beef is slowly cooked and dried for 8 to 10 hours to create a softer signature chew proprietary to Hi-Country.
