Molded from durable synthetic non-spongy or tacky rubber, Hogue Ruger LCR/LCRx Tamer Cushion Grip provides a soft recoil absorbing feel without affecting accuracy. The flexibility of the materials and molding process makes Hogue grips to stand out among all other makes. A reinforcing insert, that is molded directly engaging with the firearm frame for a rock-solid grip-to-frame fit. The Cobblestone texture provides an efficient non-slip, non-irritating stippling pattern. This Tamer model has a purple finish and is compatible with Ruger LCR/LCRx. Rubber Tamer Grips - Hogue's Tamer grips feature a soft rubber insert on the inside of the grip at the back-strap - where it does its recoil absorbing duties underneath OverMolded Rubber. This modern rubber requires a completely different molding process than ordinary neoprene resulting in a much superior grip.
