RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF FIREARMS:

It is essential to thoroughly inspect your firearm prior to completing the transfer, as all firearm sales are final. Once the transfer is completed and the firearm is registered in your name, returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances. If the firearm is found to be defective after the transfer, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.

If the firearm, suppressor, or serialized item is found to be in unsatisfactory condition before you take possession, and you wish to return it, please note that Gritr will not be responsible for any transfer fees owed to your FFL. Some FFLs may require transfer fee payment prior to shipping the item back to Gritr's location, and the item will not be sent until those fees are paid. Additionally, Gritr cannot and will not process refunds or exchanges until the item has been returned to their location.

CANCELATION OF FIREARMS:

Serialized orders canceled more than 24 hours after placement will incur a 10% restocking fee.
