HSP D3 SB D Ring Large Ranger Green Outer Belt (BELT_D3_OUTER_D_SB-1-LG-RG)

The HSP D3 Outer Belt features a brand new Overlock Tab closure system that secures behind the buckle providing 360-degree rigidity for all day comfort and superior weight distribution around the hips. Traditional nylon belt systems are flimsy at the buckle closure resulting in uncomfortable and unequal weight distribution.

The primary construction consists of precision laser cut NIR compliant, nylon laminate, high-density polyethylene (hydrophobic and antimicrobial), and tubular webbing (4,000 lb MBS rating) for uncompromising strength that eliminates unnecessary bulk and weight. Inboard, the D3 Belt utilizes VELCRO Brand High Technology Hook for unmatched adhesion to the inner belt. Traditional nylon belt systems use regular hook and loop resulting in poor inner to outer belt adhesion.

The COBRA closure, developed in collaboration with AustriAlpin exclusively for the D3 Belt, includes an all-new Snakebite anti-slip clamp that eliminates strap creep and belt loosening under load/movement. The integrated Parachute D-ring exceeds ANSI, CSA, EN, and NFPA standards for fall protection (5,000 lb MBS rating). Traditional nylon belt closures loosen under movement.

The MOLLE interface on the D3 Belt features improved 1/2" spacing that allows for enhanced positioning of pouches while maintaining direct compatibility with Malice Clips, traditional MOLLE/PALS webbing, and the Haley Strategic Mandible MOLLE Straps.
