The KOWA TE-80XW 40x Extreme Wide-Angle Eyepiece is designed for use with KOWA TSN-99, TSN-880, and TSN-770 Prominar spotting scopes. Its 80° apparent field of view provides an expansive viewing experience, while the extremely low-dispersion glass and integrated field-flattener lens deliver high resolution, clarity, and edge-to-edge detail. The eyepiece is also well suited for digiscoping, with a wide field of view designed to minimize vignetting when using a smartphone or camera.
The twist-up eyecup and 17mm eye relief provide comfortable viewing with or without eyewear. An exterior KR coating helps repel dirt, moisture, and dust, while O-ring sealing provides waterproof protection. Magnification is 40x with the TSN-99 and 35x with the TSN-880 and TSN-770.
