The LEUPOLD Dual Dovetail Rings, 1 inch - Low Gloss (49914) have a machined steel construction. These rings are compatible with Leupold's Dual Dovetail mounting bases.
Leupold's trademarked Dual Dovetail system provides a classic low-profile mount for scopes on a variety of popular actions. The Dovetail connections at both front and rear provide a rock-solid mounting platform.
The Dual Dovetail system differs from the STD system in that there is no windage adjustment for the rear ring. This makes the Dual Dovetail extra secure.
