REDDING .334in Titanium Nitride Neck Sizing Bushing (76334)

The REDDING .334in Titanium Nitride Neck Sizing Bushing (76334) freely interchange in all Redding Bushing-Style Sizing Dies. By selecting the correct bushing, you are now able to provide the right amount of neck tension to properly hold the bullet without excessive resizing. All bushings are marked with size I.D.

The proper bushing size can be easily determined by measuring the outside neck diameter of your loaded cartridges with a precision micrometer. From this measurement subtract .002" to .003". This allows for approximately .001" brass spring back after sizing and will result in a proper press fit for the bullet of .001" to .002".

Steel bushings are heat treated steel. Redding bushings are hand polished with a surface hardness of Rc 60-62 to reduce sizing effort. Titanium Nitride bushing offer the same features as steel bushings, but also feature titanium nitride to further increase the surface hardness and reduce sizing friction.
