The Redding Titanium Nitride Neck Sizing Bushing fit all Redding Bushing Dies and interchange with Wilson style bushings. Available in .001" increments from 17 thru 338 calibers. Steel bushings are heat treated to approx. Rc 60-62 and hand polished to reduce sizing effort. Lubrication is recommended. Titanium Nitride surface treatment technology increases the lubricity and effective surface hardness to approx. Rc 85.
Precision machined Redding Neck Sizing Bushing, available in (2) styles: Heat Treated Steel or Titanium Nitride.
Both share the same external dimensions (1/2" O.D. x 3/8" long) and freely interchange in all Redding Bushing Style Dies. Bushings are available in .001" size increments throughout the range of .185" thru .368", covering all calibers from .17 to .338 and clearly marked with size I.D.
Item No. 73185 thru 73405 - Heat treated steel. The sizing diameters are hand-polished with a surface hardness of Rc 60-62 to reduce sizing effort.
Item No. 76185 thru 76368 - Heat treated steel with the addition of Titanium Nitride surface treatment to further increase the effective surface hardness and reduce sizing friction.
