Once one of the oldest gun makers in the US with the oldest factory that made its original product, Remington is no longer the company that some of us remember. The legacy is now passed to two smaller companies, Remington Ammunition and Remington Arms, LLC. The company featured on this page is a major ammo producer that bears this proud name and lives up to the legacy of the original Remington.

In 2020, the Remington brand, that had more than 200 years of history, was acquired by Vista Outdoor together with its ammunition facility. The company renewed its focus on ammunition and started a new chapter of the Remington History book.

Being a dedicated ammo manufacturer, Remington doesn’t specialize in any particular firearm ammo. Instead, the brand covers all ammo varieties out there. Here, on Gritr Sports, you can find Remington rifle ammo, handgun ammo, shotgun shells, and even rimfire ammo. The only thing this brand doesn’t make is airgun pellets, but we have a different section for those.
