Sarsilmaz is a long-established Istanbul-based firearm engineer and manufacturer operating since 1880. The company has one of the world’s largest production facilities (about 1 million square feet), allowing it to supply armed forces, law enforcement agencies, and civilian markets of 78 countries with quality guns. Sarsilmaz keeps track of the latest advancements, constantly improving its manufacturing techniques and adding the latest machines and equipment available.

SAR USA is not just some faceless importer. Its team works closely with Sarsilmaz engineers and is directly engaged in the development of firearms for the American market.

SAR Pistols

Since polymer-frame pistols are wildly popular today, SAR keeps up with the demand by delivering Turkish-quality polymer pistols that meet the needs of both professionals and enthusiasts. They are lightweight, slim, and resistant to corrosion and impacts.

The SAR9 is the company’s most popular series of semi-automatic pistols. The SAR9 is a 9mm striker-fired pistol that takes some design cues from the VP9 introduced by Heckler & Koch. The model has endured 150,000 rounds of live fire during the Sarsilmaz tests, which is illustrative of its dependability. The trigger operating in a single action mode is easy to pull consistently, and a 15/17/19-round capacity is enough to stop an attacker. Other features of the SAR9 include a firing pin cocked indicator, trigger safety, and removable side plates and back straps.

The Sarsilmaz’s B6 series, consisting of the SAR B6 and SAR B6C double-action pistols, is one more polymer line of the company, a choice of many law enforcement officers around the world thanks to an ergonomic hammer and trigger guard.
