The Smith and Wesson M&P9 Shield Plus is a semi-auto striker fired pistol chambered in 9mm with a 3.1-inch barrel. It features a stainless steel slide with a Black Armornite applied finish on a polymer frame with enhanced grip texture and an optics cut slide for red dot adoption.
With either the flush-fit 10-round magazine or the extended 13-round magazine, the M&P9 Shield Plus is the next generation in everyday carry. It features an 18-degree grip angle for a more natural point of aim and better recoil management, plus a flat trigger allows for consistent finger placement for accurate, repeatable, and comfortable shooting.
This configuration includes six magazines to maximize on gun and spare capacity, improving reload options in practical use. At 19.3 ounces the Shield Plus maintains a lightweight carry profile while still providing a stable shooting platform for defensive loads.
