The WEAVER #61 48061 Top Mount 2-Piece Base is a durable aluminum scope mount base designed for a wide range of firearms. Each Weaver base is machined to tight tolerances for a custom fit. These aluminum bases detach quickly and easily and offer maximum strength for rings to hold tight. Notes: Product is a one-piece base; some firearm types may require the purchase of both a front and a rear base. For Savage pre-2003 models and Shilen flat top receivers, use #402 extension front base or one-piece base for shorter tube scopes or red dot scopes. Extension base adds 0.689".
