I am used to going to gun stores that don't give a rip if you come into their store or not. I recently went to a gun store in Sunnyvale and walked around in that tiny place for at least fifteen minutes and not once did anyone (three people) ask to help me or to kiss their rear end. I left and waiting for a gun show that was coming up in a couple of weeks. Little did they know that I had cash to purchase a Springfield Armory M1A in my pocket. Their loss was someone else's gain. My experience at Guns and Ammo was just the opposite. I was immediately greeted and a nice young man asked if he could be of help. He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions, I ended up purchasing a pistol. The young lady that reviewed the paperwork was extra courteous and professional. The young lady that took the money was very friendly and courteous also. Everyone seemed to be genuinely glad that I was there. I had almost forgot the term "customer service" until I found Guns and Ammo in Arlington. I will not hesitate to recommend Guns and Ammo to all of my friends and family.
