This ARMSCOR .38 Special FMJ Ammo wears a 158 grain FMJ projectile. At that weight it achieves a muzzle velocity of 891fps, which is fairly standard for the 38 Special. The bullet's round nose profile makes it easy to chamber in a revolver's cylinder, and its jacket will keep any firearm's barrel much cleaner than if it had fired old-fashioned LRN bullets.
